Jocelyn has spent over 12 years focusing her practice on family related legal issues incorporating her background in social work to provide a compassionate, intelligent approach to problem solving.  Having both litigation training and collaborative certification, Jocelyn is able to take a traditional yet innovative approach to resolving any case. 

In addition to family law, Jocelyn has experience in wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and dog bite cases.  Her accolades include a $2.5 million dollar arbitration award in addition to numerous other high figure settlements.

Jocelyn has served as former President and Vice-President of the Strafford County Bar Association; Co-Editor of the Trial Bar News Family Section; and has been a guest speaker at The University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Jocelyn is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and State of Maine at the District Court and Supreme Court levels.
